I understand that in occasion appointments need to be cancelled, for whatever reason, please can I ask that you try to give at least 48 hours notice so I can try to fill the appointment
Failure to give at least 48 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost and deposit NOT redunded.
If you do not show up for an appointment then you will be charged 50% fee of the treatment cost and the deposit NOT refunded.

Ensure you arrive Make-Up free.
Avoid using any exfoliating products at least a week before your facial treatment.
No Botox or fillers at least 2 weeks before your appointment.
No tattoos on face area at least 4 weeks before your appointment.
Avoid sun exposure 7 days before treatment.
Refrain from any waxing/laser hair removal or threading 7 days before treatment.
Ensure you read and sign your consultation form before your visit and advise me of anything that maybe of concern.

24 hours after booking, all bookings will require a £15 deposit payable by bank transfer OR appointment will need to be confirmed through Treatwell.
Failure to confirm or pay deposit within 24 hours of booking may result in treatment booking being cancelled.
Deposits are non-refundable, however will be deducted from your treatment cost.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will transfer over, but please ensure this is done at least 48 hours ahead.
